We want every Beauty Loft purchase to meet your expectations.
Items purchased on beautyloft.us can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, email info@beautyloft.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label for U.S. orders.
(Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beautyloft.com
Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will assist with a replacement or refund.
